Lefteris Volanis is a Greek guitar player and self taught multi-instrumentalist composer born in Chania, Crete. He is a fan of using old analogue and digital synthesizers and music
machines, along with experimenting with the electric guitar sound. Acoustic sounds,
ambient textures, melodies and rhythm’s are the main elements of his composing. He is a
founding member of the progressive art rock band No Clear Mind and has been a recordingmusician and member in various music projects from 00’s till now. Collaborations with artistinclude (Misuse, Jack Heart and the Love Ghosts, Electric Litany, MGC, Leon of Athens, Nalyssa Green). In 2022 he was awarded for the Best Original Score on the music of the movie‘’Magnetic Fields’’ of the Hellenic Film Academy Awards ‘’Iris Awards’’.
